The narrative list which is part of the Composition profile does not fully describe the constrains on the profile. For example, while Smoking Status is mentioned and included as a slice on entry in the SocialHIstory section, other slices in that same sections such as Disability Status and Home Environment are not part of the narrative. As well, there is a section for Pregnancy Outcome which is not listed. 

PlanOfTreatement section includes orders for medications (MedicationRequest) and procedures (ServiceRequest) but these are not grouped together in the narrative as being part of a plan of treatment. 

Given that the narrative section ends with "The above data has to be populated by the implementers of either the DataSource actors or the MedMorph HDEA (backend services app).", it seems important to make sure the narrative fully reflects the contents of the profile.
