In the narrative for the Composition profile it says:

• MedicationRequests: status = Active and Completed, Intent = order.
• MedicationAdministration: Medication administered during the encounter and status = active
• Medications: Referenced by MedicationRequests and MedicationAdministration

But in the profile itself, there is not a distinct section for MedicationRequest and in the Medication section the references point to MedicationAdministration and MedicationStatement but not MedicationRequest (as suggested it should in the narrative). The only place MedicationRequest is referenced in the profile itself is in the PlanofTreatment section. It would be helpful to readers if the narrative better reflected the constraints in the profile itself.
