    Description

In the narrative of the Composition profile, several of the sections seem to list constraints on data elements that are not reflected in any resource profiles. For example, for Condition, it says:

      • Conditions: Encounter Diagnosis for the closed encounter, All Statuses except InActive, verificationStatus = Confirmed

But the Composition profile points to the eCR defined US Public Health Condition profile that doesn't enforce these requirements. Please clarify if the additional narrative conditions are normative requirement or if they are just informational suggestions.

As well, for Condition specifically, "Statuses" should probably be "clinicalStatus" if that is the data element in Condition that you are referring to.
