The description of use case 1 and 2 suggests that for an individual with a positive test result, there may be multiple submissions of FHIR-formatted data. If this is the case, what are the expectations for Composition.identifier and Composition.status? Should the identifier be unique for each submission or should a post discharge submission be treated as an update to the original composition? How does that impact the status of the composition which is fixed to "final" in the profile? Are there any scenarios in which a composition would be updated and if so, is "final" the appropriate status? Please clarify
