Update wording to "A positive test result is documented within 14 days prior to admission, or documented from a test administered at any time during hospitalization. Test results that are entered in the EHR within 72 hours of encounter close are included."

Add callouts to the workflow diagrams to notate the 72 hour lag.

    Description

The Composition profile mentions a 72 hour threshold after encounter close, but this is not mentioned in the Use Case section which only talks about a 14 day threshold after admission (or the whole admission for some ER scenarios). If there is a requirement to continue reporting up to 3 days after discharge (assuming that is the same as "encounter close"), then it seems like it should be described in the use case.
