The example in section 2.8 uses quoted identifier format for the argument types in the "Includes Or Starts During" function example. However, this appears to be in conflict with Conformance Requirement 2.14, which has the following requirement: 

1. Data type names referenced in CQL SHALL:
  a. Use quoted identifiers only if necessary (i.e. the data type name includes spaces)
