On December 13, 2023, the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC) published the final rule for HTI-1, incorporating version 3 of the USCDI. Notably, in section 170.215(b)(1)(ii) of this rule, the ONC has adopted the HL7 FHIR US Core Implementation Guide STU version 6.1.0. As a result, the NDH Implementation Guide will align with the US Core IG STU version 6.1.0 to ensure adherence to the established regulatory compliance schedule.
