Plurality as a pregnancy characteristic (subject = mother) is not directly used by any of the BFDR use cases. An observation for plurality of pregnancy was included in vr-common-library STU1.1, and was intended to be migrated to BFDR STU2-ballot. Unfortunately it got lost in transit. Needs to be added.
