    Description

      The [Functional Status](https://vsac.nlm.nih.gov/valueset/2.16.840.1.113762.1.4.1222.593/expansion) is made up of LOINC panel codes and is not a Condition Set.

      • It needs to be removed from the condition valule set table
      • Suggest himalis_1 review to see if it overlaps with the Functional Status Related Questionnaire Panel Codes value set (2.16.840.1.113762.1.4.1222.1586) and determine if this set should be deleted or moved to the Questionnaire Response value sets page
