Since the Conformance WG has significantly contributed to the evolution of FHIR - even before its inception - by submitting the request for machine readable artifacts, profiling, conformance (capability) statements and later on with numerous discussions to improve the implementation guide resource, and also currently with testing and obligations, it would be fair to acknowledge that by naming, Rob Snelick, Ioana Singureanu and myself as well as the Conformance WG in general.
