MedicationDispense did not exist in US Core 3.1.1.

Da Vinci PDex (STU1 and STU2) support the CMS Interoperability Rule. This requires adherence to US Core 3.1.1.

Therefore we can't upgrade US Core support to US Core 6.1.0 which includes a Medication Dispense.

We do not believe that the PDex MedicationDispense profile has any conflicts with US Core 6.1.0 MedicationDispense.
