      https://hl7.eu/fhir/laboratory/StructureDefinition-Specimen-eu-lab-definitions.html#Specimen.processing.additive uses the EU specific profile https://hl7.eu/fhir/laboratory/StructureDefinition-specimen-additive-substance-eu-lab.html but the bound valueset seems to be more associated with the container used at collection, which would be reflected by this element:  https://hl7.eu/fhir/laboratory/StructureDefinition-Specimen-eu-lab-definitions.html#Specimen.container.additive[x] where the codeableConcept has NO vocabulary binding and the reference does not use the specialized profile of substance. 

      If that is not what was intended, then this needs more discussion
