    Description

This valueset "Standard Laboratory Codes " includes codes which are based on the rules:

      • Import all the codes that are contained in NPU Laboratory Codes VS

The IPS value set includes codes based on the following rules:
Include codes from  http://loinc.org  where STATUS = ACTIVE and CLASSTYPE = 1
This value set excludes codes based on the following rules:
Exclude codes from  http://loinc.org  where CLASS matches (by regex) CYTO|HL7\.CYTOGEN|HL7\.GENETICS|^PATH(\..)?|^MOLPATH(\..)?|NR STATS|H&P\.HX\.LAB|CHALSKIN|LABORDERS

There might be LOINC Codes among cytology or pathology that can be used in the standard laboratory model!

Also the exclusion of codes does not match the terms from Valueset Speciality (with *pathology terms in it)

On EU-level no laboratory LOINC-Code should be excluded!

Kind regards from Martina Sender (mio42 GmbH, Germany)
