Be aware: FHIR R5 specimen resource will have

an no more element "additive" ("additive" will only be part of "processing")

Germany (medical information object laboratory report) will more follow this concept, to avoid a later mapping of erased elements:

Container type as a device reference
with device type code "434711009 |Specimen container (physical object)| SNOMED Clinical Terms so far.
And with device type category - maybe intensional valueset for specimen container type, we are still working on this.
