      In case it is needed to have represented a PDF version of the entire Lab report  to help the interpretation, then this will be recorded in the optional element presentedForm

      In case of images or additional data (that can be pdf document) used as support for the interpretation of the report, this is realized by using the optional element media.

    Description

      Sometimes it is necessary to include a PDF or an image in a DiagnosticReport, so the receiver has a better foundation to interpret the results. There is no description on how to handle this in the profile, which would be to prefer.
