Description

The eLTSS IG is based on USCore 3.1.1. We have 5 profiles that we are asking a variance for.

There is only one US CORE Condition profile for this version of US CORE and we are deriving from it.

There is not a Simple Observation Profile in that version. Our profile is not a Lab nor a Smoking cessation observation. So we are not using the existing profiles.
