Below are my question.
 

• How to link a Practitioner (Prescriber) to the Medication Dispense.
•  How to link Pharmacy Organization to the Medication Dispense Resource.
• Do we need to create a Med Admin resource. I am not seeing the mapping for it in the pmix or ncpdp?
•  If we need to use Med Admin how to again link it to Dispense
