Bodysite should be an element of specimen \ collection \ bodystructure (and not of Observation Results: laboratory)

We (Germany, mio Laboratory Report) specify four elements:
bodysite, laterality, location qualifier and morphology.

Logical model A4 Specimen does only partly include bodystructure with a rough distinction (A.4 - Specimen information - HL7 Europe Laboratory Report v0.1.0-ci ), see Screenshot attached.

FHIR Resource Profile: Body structure: Laboratory should include laterality, this is missing in that structure.

The correlated Valuesets (e.g. laterality and location qualifier) must not have overlaps, redundancy must not appear! All Valuesets have to be unique and complementary.
