Long Description: Establishes the namespace for the device identifier value that is an URL, OID, urn or uuid.

Note that the proper use of GTIN as a deviceIdentifierSystem should be addressed in the relevant implementation guide.

We should perhaps clarify that the issuer (e.g. GS1) and the naming system (GTIN) are not the same;

Possibly also consider a mechanism for adding the naming systems (using the Identifier data type).
