      Explain how regex can be done using the Questionnaire 'constraint' extension, and provide an example or two using constraint for that purpose.

      We won't explain the use of the regex extension because it won't be there any longer.  The default behavior for the invariant would be for FHIRPath to define, which is already defined to be case-sensitive.

      @brian will submit a change request against FHIRPath to get an option to allow the regex to not be single-line mode (as that will be problem for 'text' items in a QeustionnaireResponse).

    Description

      Per FHIR-37359, in R5 the regex extension pointed to by https://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/sdc/behavior.html has been removed.  We need to find a replacement.

      Also:

      1) There should be a means of specifying whether the expression is case sensitive or case-insensitive.  For a discussion about how FHIRPath might handle this one day, see https://chat.fhir.org/#narrow/stream/179266-fhirpath/topic/case.20insensitive.20regex.3F

      2) The default behavior should be specified.
