Description
There are 3 propagation errors created when copying Observation-related descriptions through the QDM mapping table. Edits required include:
- In 9.11.2, Diagnostic Study, Performed – add a row above the category attribute row to add an element status with the comment, “Constrain status to - preliminary, final, amended, corrected. While QDM does not have an attribute comparable to status, as a conceptual model, status is implied by the name “Diagnostic Study, Performed” datatype.”
- In 9.17.2 Laboratory Test, Performed – change the text in the Comment section for the row “status” to “Constrain status to - final, amended, corrected. While QDM does not have an attribute comparable to status, as a conceptual model, status is implied by the name “Laboratory Test, Performed” datatype.” And remove existing text referencing the definition of category.
- In section 9.23 Symptom, the comment text for the status row should change to be “Constrain status to - preliminary, final, amended, corrected. While QDM does not have an attribute comparable to status, as a conceptual model, status is implied by the name “Symptom” datatype.” (currently indicates “Assessment, Performed” instead of Symptom).
