The ExplanationOfBenefit.benefitBalance.financial.allowed[x] and ExplanationOfBenefit.benefitBalance.financial.used[x] are restricted to the Money type. This would disallow the possibility of providing an UnsignedInt for something like number of visits that are part of the benefit balance.
