Issues with SearchParameter HealthcareServiceProgramRequirementBirthsexSearchParameter.

1. The search type "token" does not match the return type "String" of the element in the expression.
2. The expression does not match the data type of the element. The element is of type code and the expression is looking for a value as String. 
3. Assuming that the expression is modified to match the element using "value as code", the modifer "text" is not appropriate as the code datatype does not contain the elements CodeableConcept.text or Coding.display that are searched with that modifer.
