The "normal" case is that the patient, a next-of-kin or related person is pivking up the medication. But this is not always the case. Sometimes the person that picks the medication needs to be identified but may have no relation to the patient. By using RelatedPerson, we are creating a "false" linkage between the person and the patient, which is not allowed.
