If the NAHDO request is rejected,  add implementation-specific guidance for implementers recommending the use of X12's code for these concept  AS A CODE TRANSLATION, which due to X12's IP restrictions requires a license to be used and cannot be reproduced in the guide.

    Description

As an implementer, I want to be able to have a code to store and differentiate [Parts of Medicare | SSA|https://www.ssa.gov/medicare/plan/medicare-parts] to be able to use it for business purposes and reporting.  Presently, the `Coverage.type` element that has Binding: Payer Type (extensible): US Public Health Data Consortium Source of Payment Codes does not have a way to differentiate these parts.

Would you be able to recommend a code system that has the parts or include it in the Payer Type definition?
