USCore defines identifier[SSN] (type = SS) for Social Security Number.
Included existing SSN slice in the differential.
Defined SB slice but clearly marked it as deprecated (for backwards compatibility).   This was previously not defined in the profile, only in the data dictionary.  Now it is in both.

    Description

The identifer.code for Social Security number is required to be SB.
Looks like SS is the preferred code – https://terminology.hl7.org/5.2.0/CodeSystem-v2-0203.html    SB = social benefits number, while SS is social security number.  Although an SSN is a social benefits number, SS should be preferred, even if SB is allowed.
