While working with the R4 Questionnaire I came across the following problem:

For Questionnaire.item.answerOption.initialSelected it says

"Indicates whether the answer value is selected when the list of possible answers is initially shown. Use this instead of initial[v] if answerValueSet is present."

I don't understand the highlighted passage, since constraint que-4 states, that

"A question cannot have both answerOption and answerValueSet".

I'd suggest to fix this broken wording to avoid missunderstandings.
