    Description

I saw it here, but this may need to be fixed elsewhere in the IG, too

Observation.code should NOT use SCT concepts from the finding hierarchy, unless you are using observation.valueBoolean, which essentially creates an assertion.

If you use SCT from finding hierarchy in observation.value, either use a LOINC (request one) or at least use SCT concepts from the observable hierarchy.

For use 289079006^Ability to perform breast-feeding (observable entity)^SCT instead of 364826005^Finding related to ability to perform breast-feeding (finding)^SCT

Since I am not familiar with the expected observation.values for several other situations I cannot give recommendations for these, but would appreciate review of appropiateness of the codes chosen in observation.code for the following:

      278414003 | Pain management (procedure)

      307048004 | Feeling isolated (finding)

      435771000124106 | General healthful diet (regime/therapy)

      84229001 | Fatigue (finding)

1156699004 | Complies with drug therapy (finding)

      408883002 | Breastfeeding support (regime/therapy)

      270472006 | Maternal concern (finding)

335389008 | Nipple shield (physical object)
