      After discussion, we agree that allowing a CodeableReference element to be directly assigned to a code or a reference is consistent with existing behavior in the FSH specification. We will update the specification to allow this and also indicate that setting a reference does not clear an existing concept, nor does setting a concept clear an existing reference.

    Description

      CodeableRefence could also be assigned directly, instead of using

      • code.concept = #..
      • code.reference  = Reference( ... )

      e could allow

      • code= #..
      • code = Reference( ... )

      similarly as is allowed for CodeableConcept.
