      Agreed. We will tag these with 1 and 2 instead of * and provide the following TU statements:

      1 If the Description keyword is not specified in an Invariant definition, then an assignment rule for the human element must be specified instead.

      2 If the Severity keyword is not specified in an Invariant definition, then an assignment rule for the severity element must be specified instead.

    Description

      The Invariant keyword has a "*" referring to a TU statement for Description and Severity.

      This statement is not applicable to both `human` does not resolve the absence of the Severity keyword and `severity` does not resolve the absence of the Description keyword.

      I suggest that you split this statement in two independent statements.
