I was expecting an extensive page that explained the notions of Executable, Publishable, etc. and went through and had tables that listed what elements were required for which resources and why (and perhaps discussion on how to decide whether certain extensions are necessary too - e.g. how to decide how to handle modular Questionnaires). I'd also have expected the Artifacts table to neatly group the different types of profiles for each artifact. It's not reasonable for readers to have to wade through every single profile to understand what the rules are.
