    Description

"To support usage of a knowledge artifact, the artifact package contains the following general components:" - these bullets should be split into what the artifact itself must contain, as opposed to what artifacts must be contained. Also, why talk about libraries and terminologies as opposed to 'dependencies'? Would you package a StructureDefinition with its parents or referenced extensions? A Questionnaire with referenced StructureDefinitions? Also, this seems to imply that you're packaging based on a single artifact - what if you want multiple? This needs to be clearer
