The CQL page will be retained, but it will be refactored as follows:

      • guidance about how to use CQL with FHIR will move into the FHIR core CI-build with the intention of appearing in FHIR R6.  We will create a separate IG for use of CQL with FHIR R4 (and R5).  We will point to the appropriate link from the relevant version of the CRMI IG
      • general "best practice" guidance around the use of CQL will be moved into the ig-guidance IG and will be pointed to from the CRMI page
      • content specific to the 'packaging' of CQL and its interrelation with Libraries, dependencies, etc. will be generified to not be CQL-specific and will remain in the CRMI IG

    Description

It's not clear how this page fits within the CRMI scope. This content is about "how should CQL be written", not about "how do canonical artifacts get managed, published, and distributed" - which is the scope of this IG. No-one looking at the registry entry or home page for the IG would expect to find rules for what CQL should look like.
