      Two broken links identified:

      • "registry of standard extension" in 5  The link is broken  need to repair link
      • "SubstanceDefinition" in 9.22.1 - This link is broken - need to repair link

Also - 9.16.2 - Intervention, Performed - add space between ObservationClinicalResult and that shown in red):

result Simple Observation or Observation Clinical Result that includes the element SimpleObservation.partOf to reference the procedure to which it applies. Procedure.report references DiagnosticReport-note, DocumentReference, Composition (histology result, pathology report, surgical report, etc.); the latter two are not QI-Core resources. However, based on feedback suggested that a procedure result might be better identified as Simple Observation or or Observation Clinical Resultthat includes the element SimpleObservation.partOf resources referencing the ObservatonClinicalResult.partOf, or the SimpleObservation.partOf element to reference the procedure to which it applies.

The remainder of the broken links provide expected behavior by either downloading the appropriate file, or by opening the identified page at the top of the page, links do not go to the specific element on the requested page.

For the links requiring log-in, that is also expected behavior as those external sites have their own access policies outside of HL7 control.

    Description

A number of hyperlinks did not work for me and others hyperlinks required log in information to access.  It is possible some links may work for other users, but some may be unavailable to all users. While I did read a caveat in the IG that some links are unavailable during a conversion, I did want to provide a list of all of the links that did not work for me.

      Did not work:

      • "registry of standard extension" in 5
      • "package.tgz" in 8.2
      • "R4 (hl7.fhir.us.qicore.r4)" in 8.6
      • "R4B (hl7.fhir.us.qicore.r4b)" in 8.6
      • "Claim.diagnosis.sequence", "Claim.diagnosis.diagnosis[x]", and "Claim.procedure.procedure[x]" - links do not work in second paragraph of 9.12.3
      • "Encounter.reasonCode" and "Encounter.reasonReference" links do not work in the third paragraph of 9.12.3
      • "Encounter.reasonReference" link does not work in "diagnosis (code)" line of 9.12.5
      • "Encounter.reasonReference" link does not work in "procedures link of 9.12.5
      • "Practitioner.identifier:ein" in "identifier" line under practitioner of 9.15.1
      • "Organization.identifier:ccn" and also "Organization.identifier:ein" in the "identifier" line under organization in 9.15.1
      • "SimpleObservation.partOf" in the "result" line of 9.16.2
      • "ObservatonClinicalResult.partOf" and "SimpleObservation.partOf "  in the "result" line of 9.16.2
      • "MedicationAdministration.request" in 9.18.2
      • "MedicationRequest.requester" in 9.18.4
      • "ServiceRequest.priority" in 9.21.3
