      Agreed, clarify that these profiles are refactored from existing IGs and that the intent is for these IGs (Clinical Guidelines, Quality Measures, Case Reporting) to refactor to use CRMI in subsequent versions (and as an STU Note, CPG is being balloted with this refactor in this cycle as well).

    Description

      What is the relationship between the CRMI IG and the FHIR Clinical Guidelines IG? There seems to be a lot of overlap in how they specify CQL use and especially in their specification of Shareable, Computable, Publishable, and Executable profiles for the clinical reasoning artifacts. I think it would benefit CDS authors to better understand the boundaries of these IGs (if there are any) so they know which profiles and specifications they should be targeting when authoring guideline-based CDS.
