We agree to remove the conformance verb SHOULD from this informal page. We propose wording similar to the following instead:

Implementators are encouraged to clearly indicate what version or versions of the FSH specification they implement.

    Description

Although "should" is a weak conformance term, this page is only informative, and use of "SHOULD" is confusing. Suggest using a non-conformance verb instead.

      Existing Wording:

Implementations SHOULD indicate what version or versions of the FSH specification they implement.
