The NDH IG utilizes a subset of codes from the THO Code System, which can be found at https://terminology.hl7.org/CodeSystem-service-type.html. However, it's important to note that this THO Code System is merely an example. When a value set is defined based on this Code System, the IG publisher indicates:

The link http://terminology.hl7.org/CodeSystem/service-type was accessed, but it lacked sufficient information for proper code validation (mode = example) as per the Tx-Server feedback.

      Guidance is required from THO.
