      The code system at http://terminology.hl7.org/CodeSystem/endpoint-connection-type lacks any IHE-related connection types.

      On the other hand, the code system at http://hl7.org/fhir/endpoint-connection-type includes IHE-related connection types but does not have the "CDS Hooks Service" Connection Type.

      For the NDH Implementation Guide (IG), there's a need to incorporate additional connection types such as:

      HL7 FHIR Operation
      Rest (non-FHIR)
      IHE PDQ
      IHE PIX
      IHE MHD.
      We propose adding these codes for NDH, even though they are absent in the existing THO Code System.

      The values from this code system should be added to the existing code system.
