Description

The heading for 7.1.1 is "For the authoring lifecycle, a FHIR Package is used. This is compatiable with" - and then the rest of the sentence is in the body of the paragraph: "HL7 FHIR Publishing tools." I expect that splitting a sentence between the heading and the following paragraph is not intentional.
