Description
Lloyd asked with regards to US Core core guidance on SNOMED US edition: "What's the driver for identifying version in SNOMED in an instance at all? It doesn't change semantics..."
After review of SNOMED on FHIR, the US Core editors agree and recommend we remove option 3 from the guidance.
