The referenced error exists in the US Core Blood Pressure Profile (http://hl7.org/fhir/us/core/StructureDefinition-us-core-blood-pressure.html) which is inherited in QI-Core. The error is in section 13.114.1.1 Mandatory and Must Support Data Elements in the second bold header, "Each Observation Must Support: healt". Since this error exists in the underlying US Core profile, it must be corrected in the underlying profile (I.e., US Core). See new tracker entered for US Core 6.1.0: ~~FHIR-42069~~
