      Modify section 1.5 Scope first set of bullets to remove the comma after "applications" in the first bullet (see strikethrough in red below), but keep the comma after the last word in the first bullet, systems, since that is the end of the bullet phrase and consistent with a comma at the end of the 2nd bullet phrase with a period at the end of the third and final bullet:

      • Encouraging consistent access and use of data for clinical quality applications, across organizations and between healthcare systems,
      • Providing guidance for consistent use of vocabularies and value sets, and
