It would be helpful if examples circled or highlighted the text that the conformance statement refers to.  In the snippet below, it would be helpful to point out that "Includes Or Starts During" is the library-level identifier.

Conformance Requirement 4.13 (Library-level Identifiers): 

1. Library-level identifiers referenced in the CQL:
   a. SHOULD Use quoted identifiers
   b. SHOULD Use Title Case
   c. MAY Include spaces

For example:
