There are artifacts that are no longer necessary, text that is no longer relevant, text that conflicts with other text, and the content still isn't grouped and organized in a manner that's easy for implementer consumption.  Several of the artifacts aren't in agreement with what we've agreed as a group, or are unimplementable as defined.  I've done a full review of the IG proposing specific changes.  These have been reviewed by Bob.  They are all in the spirit of prior project group discussions and tracker items.  I.e. no new functionality, just clearer implementation of already agreed functionality.  Please see the attached Word document
