The Ndh-exchange-server CapabilityStatement for Endpoint - lists Practitioner:practitioner-endpoint as a Supported Reverse-Include, but the search parameter is not included for the Capability Statement and the IG artifacts do not list practitioner-endpoint as a search parameter.

I have raised a change request regarding the appropriateness of including endpoint on Practitioner in a related JIRA - https://jira.hl7.org/browse/FHIR-41772.

If the decision is to remove endpoint from Practitioner, then the resolution of this ticket would be impacted..
