It shouldn't matter whether a patient is under the supervision of a clinician or not. If they're on a treadmill that's capturing steps or average heart rate, or if someone's recording how long the run was, the category shouldn't be any different whether the patient was in their own home, in a gym being watched by a personal trainer, or in a clinic being watched by a cardiologist. It's the same data and it should have the same category.
Should remove the sentence "Not under direct supervision of practitioner such as a physical therapist. " from the definition.
