    Description

      The BSeR was first published (by another party) in early 2020 (went to ballot in 2019). The following profiles were all in the IG at that point. I have looked through both US Realm Steering Committee meeting minutes and Cross-Group Projects meeting minutes and can't find any reference to variance requests being approved for any of the following profiles. (Not that that necessarily means there wasn't variance granted, I just couldn't find anything). Was the variance process happening back then?

      Anyway thought I should get variance approval for these profiles - I considered all of the following them all against the Social History profile but none of the fit.

      This one is a Coverage profile and as we are using 5.0.1 US Core (due to implementers not wanting to change at this time) we can't use the US Core Coverage profile:
