We would like to request a variance from US Core for the HcsServiceRequest profile in the Health Care Surveys Content IG because we are dependent on US Core 3.1.1 which does not have the ServiceRequest profile. When the Health Care Surveys Content IG gets updated in the future to point to a later version of US Core, we will reuse the US Core ServiceRequest profile present in the later versions.
