The FHIR spec lists a HL7 defined 'patient-disability' extension for the Patient resource.

Discussion on Zulip ( https://chat.fhir.org/#narrow/stream/179166-implementers/topic/patient-disability.20extension ) didn't result in a clear answer as to when/how this should be used. Alternatives are Condition and Flag (for things like 'needs wheelchair' / 'is blind').

Please clarify the use of this extension in the Patient resource, and when the alternatives should be used instead.
