      A profile of Observation has been added to the IG to address this requirement, and is now referenced in the Patient Bundle.  Clarification will be added that historic metastatic cancer can be recorded with this new observation, or a patient-reported condition with clinicalStatus = remission.

      The EOM Clinical Data Elements Guide uses mCODE for all data elements except one.  A boolean – Current or History of Metastatic Disease.
